4. Use the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) to move mailboxes.
5. Remove completed migration batches.
6. Re-enable offline access for Outlook on the web.
7. Start the migration process.
8. Sync your directories to create users.
9. Assign Microsoft 365 licenses to your users.
10. Start migrating user data.
11. Update DNS records.
